Where do you lend?
We are Private Lending Company. We provide financing solutions to real estate investors and entrepreneurs. We lend in the United Kingdom.
How fast can you close?
Within 3-4 days once we have the necessary documentation. However the standard closing time for most of our loan programmes is 10 -14 days after the first contact with the borrower's solicitor. This is dependent on the complexity of the transaction.
Do I need a good credit rating to get a loan?
No. Credit rating does not determine if we approve your loan. The value of the subject property is what determines the loan size.
Do I need to contribute cash to close?
Yes, you do. If we are providing say 70% of the money required to purchase the property, you will need to contribute the remaining 30%.
Do I need experience to close?
No. Having real estate experience is beneficial, but we only focus on the value of the subject property. Everyone needs to start somewhere. We give you that chance.
